Netegem els bolets i tallem la molla de pa a quadradets ben petits, més o menys una cosa així:

Pas 2

Saltegem les “migas” amb un gra d´all laminat i un bon raig d´oli. Al darrer moment hi tirem una culleradeta de pebre vermell, millor si és fumat, i reitrem del foc. Reservem.

Saltegem els camagrocs, les trompetes de la mort i els espinancs, per separats, salpebrant-ho tot discretament, amb pocs oli i all laminat.

Ajuntem les dues classes de bolets i els espinacs i els saltegem breument, només per donar un xic de calor, i ho reservem breument a la mateixa paella.
